The Look
The main idea to created this look I would say Mix Material+Layers+Creativity. We often see lace, crochet, gauzy fabric or other natural ornaments add on every parts of the outfit.
A-must item : Nightgown,Bloomer,Sheer dress and tons of accessories!
It's not easy to collected so many pieces so you can dress in such layers like that! I saw some girl post on her blog that She would sell her kidneys for Manapyon's closet!! well I kind of think the same lol
The Make up
Party kei make up also important for this look. You can do natural make-up too but if your outfit is not out standing enough you might look a bit like Mori girl. Party kei girl put on red shade of blush or sometime paint underneth their eyes with red color
